Once open, all registered volunteers will be contacted shortly via email with details regarding their assigned shifts, check-in location etc. If you are not currently registered and would like to be placed on the waitlist list for any shift due to cancellations, please feel free to email universityevents@austin.utexas.edu with time and shift preferences.
