President Hartzell is challenging departments and units to raise funds for Orange Santa!
To participate, departments must follow the below directions:
- Delegate an Ambassador: Ambassadors must create a fundraising account through HornRaiser and use their unique tracking link to gather donations.
- Contact University Events and Experience: Email OrangeSanta@austin.utexas.edu with your department and Ambassador name so that University Events and Experience can track your progress. University Events and Experience will contact the winning department after Thursday, November 30.
- Donate by Thursday, November 30: Departments should make a donation using their Ambassador’s unique tracking link. Donations made outside of the tracking link will not be counted toward the department’s total funds raised.
The department that raises the most funds will win breakfast with President Hartzell!
